A 472-page, 3-language clinic website — how we structured it so Google indexed the whole category

Peace Clinic opened into a market where competitors already had five-figure Facebook followings. We didn't try to win with a prettier website — we won by giving every single thing a patient might search its own page. Here is the whole structure, opened up.

The principle

Why a clinic site needs a page per treatment

This is the only reason 472 pages is structure rather than bloat.

1

Patients search treatment names, not clinic names

Someone who wants filler types “filler”. They don't type the name of a clinic they've never heard of. The page that answers that query is the page they find.

2

One page answers one query well

Ten treatments on one page and Google can't tell what it's about. Ten separate pages means ten doors people can walk through.

3

New treatment, new page — same day

Clinics launch new programmes every quarter. With the structure planned properly, a new page slots in without touching the design.

4

Internal links tell Google you own the category

The laser page links to the pigmentation page, which links back to the skin page. That web of links says this clinic knows the whole field, not just one page trying to cover everything.

5

More pages means more chances to rank — with no extra ad spend

Every page is an asset that keeps working. Ads stop working the day you stop paying.

◆Design built from the brand's DNA

An aesthetic clinic has to walk two lines at once — credible as medicine, beautiful enough that people want to walk in. We built the palette from deep berry against cream and tan: warm and feminine without tipping into sweet.

  • Cormorant Garamond paired with Noto Serif Thai — both scripts carry equal weight
  • One design system governs all 472 pages; new treatments slot in cleanly
  • Every page's visual path ends at the contact button, whichever page you land on

↗Structure & SEO

Each page is a separate door opened by a separate query. We wired them to each other so Google reads the clinic as an authority across the whole category.

  • Complete hreflang across Thai, English and Burmese — no orphaned pages
  • Schema on every page, Search Console connected, sitemap submitted
  • Every treatment page covers problem · procedure · who it suits · aftercare
Take it with you

Seven things you can apply to your own clinic

Whether or not you ever hire us.

  • Start from a list of what patients search, not from a site menu
  • Your most profitable treatment gets its own page first
  • Every treatment page should cover four things: the problem, the procedure, who it suits, aftercare
  • You don't have to price every treatment — but give a range, or people won't message
  • Put a LINE button on every page; people decide when they finish reading, not back on the home page
  • Mind medical advertising rules: no guaranteed outcomes, no overstated claims, before-and-after imagery has conditions
  • Plan for growth on day one — a clinic website never stops at the page count it launched with
FAQ

Questions, answered

How many pages does a clinic website need?

There's no fixed number — count the things patients actually search for. A clinic with 10 treatments needs at least 10 treatment pages. Peace Clinic genuinely offers that many services, which is how it grew to 116 treatment pages and 472 pages in total across three languages.

Why give every treatment its own page instead of one combined page?

Patients don't search “aesthetic clinic” — they search the treatment they want: filler, thread lift, pigmentation laser. One page answers one query well. Cram ten treatments onto one page and Google can't tell what that page is for.

Does running three languages hurt SEO?

Not if every language gets its own URL and complete hreflang tags. This site runs 238 Thai pages, 117 English and 117 Burmese, each declaring hreflang back to its siblings, so Google serves the right language to the right searcher.

What does a site this size cost?

It depends on real page count and number of languages. A build at this scale is six figures in baht. A typical clinic starting with 10–20 treatment pages begins at our 20,000 THB multi-page package and expands later.

Do we have to build every page on day one?

No. Start with the 5–10 treatments that earn the most, then add pages one at a time. A structure planned properly on day one absorbs unlimited new pages without breaking the design.
