Who we are

pann.studio is operated by Pun Digital Co., Ltd. (บริษัท ปั้น ดิจิตอล จำกัด), trading as Pann Studio, a web design and development studio in Thailand. Reach us at hello@pann.studio or +66 80 061 5444.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into our forms, plus anonymous usage statistics. We never buy data from third parties and we do not collect sensitive personal data.

• Contact form — name, phone or LINE, email, business type, budget range and your message.
• Free website audit form — name, email, business name, your current website address, business type and what you want reviewed.
• Usage data — pages viewed, time on page, device type and referral source, collected through Google Analytics 4 in aggregate and not tied to an individual.

We do not collect national ID numbers, card numbers or any payment details on this website.

How we use it

• To reply to you, quote your project and deliver work you hire us for.
• To produce the website audit you requested.
• To improve our content and site speed based on aggregate statistics.

We do not sell, trade or pass your data to third parties for marketing, and we do not send promotional email unless you ask for it.

Who else sees it

Besides our own team, your data passes through these providers as a technical necessity:

• FormSubmit — relays form submissions to our inbox.
• Google Analytics 4 — aggregate site statistics.
• Google Search Console — search queries and impressions, no personally identifying data.
• Cloudflare — hosting and site security.

Some of these providers operate servers outside Thailand, so data may be transferred abroad to the extent needed to deliver the service.

Cookies

This site uses two kinds of cookies — functional ones such as remembering your language choice, and Google Analytics statistics cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site keeps working normally.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not become projects — kept up to 12 months, then deleted.
• Client records — kept for the duration of the engagement plus five years, as Thai accounting and tax law requires.
• Usage statistics — kept per Google Analytics 4 default retention.

Your rights

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) you may request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time.

Email hello@pann.studio and we will act within 30 days. If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you may complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee.

Security

Every page is served over encrypted HTTPS. The site is static with no user database on the server, so form data is relayed straight to our inbox rather than stored on the website.

Changes

If we revise this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects your rights, we will email you at the address you gave us.
