Different industries, different problems, different looks — one method underneath · Work in progress joins this list once it launches.
The problem: Most rental shops take bookings entirely over chat — a customer asks whether a car is free, the owner flips through a paper diary. Answer slowly and the booking is gone; answer wrongly and two people get the same car. So this one wasn’t a website job. We wrote the whole booking system, so customers pick their dates and see real availability and pricing from the home page.
Car rental is a fast, comparison-heavy decision. The first question isn’t how good the shop is — it’s “on my dates, is there a car, and what does it cost?” So the date picker sits above everything else on the home page. The palette comes from the shop’s own logo: leaf green against cream and deep navy, clean in the way an EV brand should be rather than the loud red of a typical rental site.
The back office is what the owner touches every day, so everything lives in one place — availability calendar, bookings, payment slips, confirmations, taking a car off the road for service — all behind Cloudflare Access. On the SEO side, pages are split by what the searcher actually wants rather than one page trying to say everything.
Challenge: A new clinic up against long-established rivals and pages with tens of thousands of followers — so we didn't just build a pretty site, we architected 470+ pages giving every treatment its own SEO page = owning the whole category, ranking in hundreds of places.
An aesthetic clinic has to walk two lines at once — medically credible yet beautiful enough that people want to walk in. We built the palette around a deep berry set against cream and tan: warm and feminine without tipping into sweet. One design system holds all 470 pages together, so every page still reads as the same brand.
Those 470 pages aren't there to look impressive — each one is a separate door someone can find through a different search. Every treatment gets its own page, all internally linked into a web, so Google reads the clinic as an authority across the whole category rather than one page trying to say everything.
Challenge: Massage shops in Mae Sot all compete through Facebook pages — almost none own a website that ranks. We built a real site and tuned SEO to own the local searches.
The design started from the name itself — "Warin" means water. So water became the spine of the whole site: the homepage opens on water, the core palette is a deep waterline blue against warm cream and beige, with generous space and an unhurried, flowing scroll. You feel calm before you read a single service. A template can't do that, because this began with what the name means.
In a neighbourhood where competitors only have Facebook pages, simply owning a site is an edge. We wrote location-targeted content for every service, added LocalBusiness schema and an embedded map, and submitted the sitemap so Google indexed all 52 pages.
Challenge: A massage & spa in Chanthaburi — a busier tourist city — so we built 3-language SEO to climb to page 1 in a brand-new province.
The brand is called Flow, so the design tells that story — starting with a hero image of continuous, flowing movement and carrying through to scroll pacing and transitions that never stutter. Warm cream with gold and espresso brown gives relaxed luxury. And because Chanthaburi draws Thai, Chinese and international visitors alike, everything has to read easily across languages and let someone book quickly from a phone.
A more competitive market than Mae Sot, so we targeted "service + Chanthaburi" across every service, with LocalBusiness schema, an embedded map and Search Console connected — proof the same method travels to a new province.
Challenge: A brand-new shop whose owner built the whole building from scratch, opening in the busiest massage district in Mae Sot. She wanted people to feel the place before walking in — so we built a site that lets you experience "baosabai" while you're still on the screen.
Everything started from what the name means — "baosabai" is the feeling you want customers to leave with: light, unburdened. The owner built the brand around the air element, and the real building is a perforated white ribbon wave that lets air and light pass through. We pulled that wave into the site as its signature, breaking up the content like a breeze passing. Sage green and bronze on cream and sand keep it clean, calm and natural — not the copper-and-gold cliché most massage shops default to.
Most shops in this district only have a Facebook page. We gave every service its own page — nine of them, each with prices and durations in one view — plus articles answering what people ask before a first visit, all internally linked so Google can index all 66 pages and understand the full range of what the shop does.
Challenge: An all-day dining and bar open from morning to midnight — a café by day, live music by night. The site had to carry both personalities without one drowning the other, and make someone who's never been want to come and sit down.
The venue is a two-storey red-brick building inspired by New York, so we carried that mood straight into the site — a near-black canvas cut with brick red and lamp-glow orange, like walking in at night with warm light spilling out. This is the most different piece in our portfolio: put it beside the cream-toned spa sites and you'd hardly believe the same studio made both. Which is exactly the point of custom.
Restaurant search results are owned by review aggregators (Wongnai, Tripadvisor), so chasing broad terms would have been wasted effort. Instead we made the site the venue's source of truth. The result: a brand search puts the site first, above every platform — and Google's AI pulls the hours, address and menu straight from it to answer people directly.
Challenge: A specialist pediatrician who didn't want a big site — just one page that was complete and credible. The smallest project in our portfolio, built with the same care as the largest — and proof that a single page, structured right, can still rank on page one.
A children's clinic has two audiences deciding at once — parents who need to trust the doctor, and children who mustn't be frightened. So mint green leads (clinically clean without the cold of hospital blue), lifted by coral and soft yellow as moments of play. Warm overall, but still unmistakably a doctor's practice rather than a kindergarten.
A one-page site can still rank, if it's structured properly and matches what people really search for. It currently sits on page one of Google for both "คลินิกเด็กแม่สอด" (kids clinic Mae Sot) and "กุมารแพทย์แม่สอด" (pediatrician Mae Sot) — the two phrases local parents actually use — competing against established Facebook pages and hospital sites.
