The provider

pann.studio and all services under the Pann Studio name are provided by Pun Digital Co., Ltd. (บริษัท ปั้น ดิจิตอล จำกัด). Using this website means you accept the terms below.

Information on this site

Prices and package details shown are starting prices for a standard scope. The actual price depends on the agreed scope and is always stated in a written quote. Prices shown exclude VAT.

Case studies and figures are accurate as of their publication date. SEO outcomes depend on local competition and search engine algorithms. We build the strongest structure we can, but we do not guarantee rankings or any timeframe for achieving them.

Engagement and payment

• Scope, page count, number of languages and revision rounds are set out in the quote before work starts. Anything beyond that is charged at the rates we publish.
• A deposit is payable before work begins; the balance is due before the site goes live.
• First-year domain, hosting and SSL are billed as stated in the quote. Later years follow the annual care plan you choose.
• If a client stops providing material or does not respond for more than 60 days, we treat the project as closed in its current state and the deposit is non-refundable.

What the client provides

You confirm you hold the rights to any content, images, logos and business information you send us, and you are responsible for their accuracy — particularly advertising claims governed by specific regulations, such as those for medical facilities, cosmetics, food and pharmaceuticals.

Copyright and handover

• On full payment, the files and the copyright in the design made specifically for you transfer to you, including all source files.
• Third-party fonts, stock images, plugins and libraries remain governed by their own licences.
• We reserve the right to feature the work in our portfolio and promotional material unless agreed otherwise in advance.
• The content, images and code of pann.studio itself remain our copyright and may not be reproduced or adapted commercially without permission.

Warranty and care

We fix defects caused by our own development for the period stated in your package. The warranty does not cover damage caused by edits from others, changes in external services, or events beyond reasonable control.

External services the site connects to — off-the-shelf booking systems, payment providers, social platforms — are outside our control and governed by their own terms.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount paid for that project, and excludes indirect losses such as lost business opportunity or anticipated revenue.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Thai law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will attempt to resolve it by negotiation first.
