Our story
Not a web person who learned your industry — someone from your industry who can build
We wrote our first website more than twenty years ago, while still at university and taking on freelance web jobs — back when every line had to be written by hand, with none of today's tools.
We didn't go on to become career web people. We went and worked inside real service businesses instead — beauty, medical, wellness, restaurants and property — for over 15 years. Which means we've been the ones answering the messages: how much is it, where do I park, what time do you open. We've watched businesses spend millions on their space, then lose people the moment they looked it up online. And we've hired web people who needed the business explained to them from scratch, because they'd never worked in it.
Now that the tools let us work faster and in far more detail than before, we've come back to building websites full-time — this time with something most web shops don't have: years spent standing where the client stands.
So we don't open with "how many pages do you want?" We open with "how do your customers actually decide?"
